Wasla is available across all 69 wilayas of Algeria. Professional density may vary by region, but we are constantly expanding our network.
Wasla is available on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). Simply search for "Wasla" in your store or use the download links on our website.
Yes, creating a client account and sending service requests are completely free. Only professionals who want to offer services have a monthly subscription.

For Clients

Use the localized search by wilaya and commune, then browse verified profiles. You can filter by service category, read reviews, and send a request directly.
A Connect is a detailed service request you send to one or more professionals. You can attach a description, photos, videos, and a preferred date.
Yes, as long as your request hasn’t been formally accepted by a professional, you can cancel it from your History tab.
Each professional must provide identity documents and professional credentials during registration. Our team manually validates each profile.
In its current version, Wasla connects you with the professional. Payment is made directly with the provider once the service is rendered.

For Professionals

Download the app, create a professional account, then submit your documents for verification. Once validated, you can receive client requests.
Wasla Pro subscription is 1,000 DA per month or 9,600 DA per year (20% off). It gives you access to a verified profile, dashboard, priority support, and more.
With Wasla Pro, you can offer up to 5 different services. The Premium plan (coming soon) will offer unlimited services.
Complete your profile with a portfolio, respond quickly to Connects, maintain a good rating, and collect positive reviews to improve your visibility.

Yes, we take data protection very seriously. All communications are encrypted and your personal information is never shared without your consent.
If you have an issue with a provider, contact our support through the app or by email. Our team will mediate to find a fair solution.
